All 11 steps in the Steps to Success can be practices with the string bow. Take your time and go through each step, making sure to relax as much as you can - especially the muscles in your abdominal area. Just before you release the string, picture yourself with a perfect release and follow-through, and imagine seeing the arrow striking the center of the bullseye.
I know it seems hard to believe but the people that practice properly, with the string bow, will improve more than those who only shoot on Fridays.
